ATOL Protection
As holders of an Air Travel Organizer’s License (ATOL), any package holiday including a flight booked with Travelly is fully ATOL protected. This means that in the unlikely event of our insolvency or that of any of our travel suppliers, your holiday is guaranteed to be rearranged or refunded prior to departure.
Even if you’re already on holiday, we’ll ensure arrangements are made to prevent you from being stranded abroad. More information about the ATOL scheme can be found at ATOL website, and details about the Package Travel Regulations are available here.

Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI)
Booking your flight with us automatically provides you with Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI).
This coverage guarantees a refund in case your airline is unable to operate your flight due to financial failure before your travel date. If you’re outside the UK when this occurs, contact us for alternative arrangements. We’ll strive to offer options that closely match your original itinerary.

INSURANCE COVERAGE
As part of our agreement, it is mandatory that you have sufficient travel insurance for your arrangements. This insurance should, at the very least, provide coverage for cancellation, medical emergencies, and repatriation in case of accidents or illness. Information regarding a suitable insurance policy to cover your arrangements can be provided upon request. If you opt to travel without adequate insurance coverage, we will not be held liable for any losses you may incur, for which insurance coverage would otherwise have been available.
