Travel Package Installment and Payment Delay Policy

At Travelley.uk, we are committed to offering our customers flexible payment options to ensure that planning and enjoying your travel experiences are as stress-free as possible. We provide the option to pay for your travel package in full at the time of booking or to spread the cost over manageable monthly installments. This flexibility is designed to help you budget your travel expenses without placing undue financial strain. For customers who choose to pay in installments, it is important to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. This ensures that your travel arrangements are secured and maintained without any disruption. To uphold the quality and reliability of our service, Travelley.uk has implemented a policy regarding delayed payments.

Policy on Delayed Payments:

If a customer fails to make an installment payment by the due date, a penalty charge will be applied. This penalty will be 10% of the total package price and will be added to the outstanding balance. Should a customer delay two consecutive months of payments, the penalty will increase to 20% of the total package price. In the case of a three-month delay, the penalty will further increase to 30%, and so on. This escalating penalty structure is intended to encourage timely payments and to cover any administrative costs or potential losses that may arise due to prolonged delays. This policy applies to all customers, current and future, who opt for the installment payment plan.

If a customer fails to make installment payments for six consecutive months, Travelley.uk reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, the customer will be informed of the cancellation via email or through social media messaging services. Please note that no charges or payments made up to that point will be refunded. This measure is necessary to protect the company from significant financial losses and to ensure that we can continue offering flexible payment options to our other customers.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays in making payments. In such cases, we encourage customers to communicate with us as early as possible so that we can explore alternative arrangements. However, repeated delays or failure to settle the outstanding balance, including any penalty charges, may result in the cancellation of the travel package, with no refund of any payments already made.
