INEVITABLE AND UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, for which neither we nor our service providers could have reasonably anticipated or prevented, even with the highest level of diligence, Travelley.uk will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred by the traveler.

These unforeseeable and extraordinary events include, but are not limited to:

  • War, threat of war, or civil unrest.
  • Terrorist activities or the threat thereof, along with any resulting consequences.
  • Riots or actions taken by governmental authorities
  • Industrial disputes or closures of facilities
  • Natural or nuclear disasters, fires, or biological hazards
  • Adverse weather conditions, including sea, ice, and river conditions, and other similar
    occurrences

Additionally, advisories from the Foreign Office to avoid or evacuate a specific country may also fall under these unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Given these potential risks, we strongly recommend that every customer or traveler obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to their departure. Travel insurance should be carefully selected to cover a wide range of possible disruptions, including those mentioned above. This coverage is crucial for safeguarding against unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans. Should you require assistance in securing appropriate travel insurance, Travelley.uk is prepared to extend support in helping you find and obtain the coverage that best suits your needs. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they are adequately insured before embarking on their journey.

Please note that in the event a customer still wishes to proceed with their travel plans under such extraordinary circumstances, Travelley.uk will not issue any refunds. However, depending on the specific situation, we may offer a substitute option for your travel arrangements, provided that the customer agrees to pay any difference in cost.

Furthermore, once hotels or flights have been booked, we regret that no refunds will be issued for these services, regardless of the circumstances. If a package has been previously booked, which includes flights, hotels, and excursions, and the customer opts for an alternative package, they will be responsible for any cancellation charges related to the initial booking, as well as any additional costs associated with the new package.
